Single 70mm Turbo Kit.
The On3 Turbo Kit for 1986-1993 Fox Mustang 5.0L features a single 70mm Turbo with intercooler. This kit is capable of up to 500 horsepower (with proper supporting modifications)! Headers and crossover tubing are high temp black coated mild steel, while the rest is 304 stainless steel. Boost is controlled by a 44mm Wastegate and pressure relief is handled by a 50mm Blow-off Valve.

What's In The Box
- On3 Performance turbocharger .70ar Coldside, .96ar Hotside, & T-4 flanged journal bearing
- 3” 304 Stainless Steel Downpipe
- 304 stainless steel dump tube
- 3” bar and plate intercooler
- On3 Performance 44mm V-banded wastegate
- On3 Performance 50mm blowoff valve (6 psi spring)
- Oil feed kit fittings – stainless braided feed line
- Oil drain kit with all fittings
- Alternator relocation bracket kit
- 8mm stainless steel V-band clamps
- Turbo Headers and crossover tubing constructed of mild steel/black rust prevention coating

Installation Notes:
- The Y-pipe to connect the downpipe to the catback is not included.
- Air filter not included.
- Will fit P heads with 90-degree spark plug boots. Minimal modifications may be necessary.
- Will not fit with high port heads.
- Tapping an oil return in the oil pan is required (3/8" punch and 3/8"-18 NPT Tap)

Modifications Required:
This Mustang On3 turbo kit is designed to be a "tuner" kit, it is not a direct fit and does require modifications. The alternator will need to be relocated with the included bracket. Some modifications will be required, such as cutting and clearance of the fog light bracket or LX front bumper cover to fit the intercooler and tubing, minor dimpling of the tubing to clear chassis components, etc. You will need to upgrade your fuel system; a high flow fuel pump and injectors will be required along with a properly calibrated MAF. Boost and Fuel pressure gauges highly recommended. This kit will work with air conditioning. Removal of the smog pump is also required. Custom Tuning will be required! 1986-1988 Mustang will require a Mass Air Conversion. Extension of the MAF and 02 Sensor harness may be required. All 86-93 5.0s will require an oil Filter Relocation Kit!

Fitment Note:
- It is recommended for 1986-1988 Mustangs to perform a mass air conversion. A mass air conversion will drastically help with the tunability of the car.
