This is full uni-portal endoscopic discectomy performed by Dr Khaled Al Muqla (khaliduk11@hotmail.com).patient is 38 year old male complaining of 3 months history of bilateral leg pain right sided more.patient failed conservative treatment.Patient had the operation done on 6/11/2012 .He mobilized totally free of pain 2 hours post surgery.he had full recovery of his neurological deficit and needed only mild pain killers after surgery.
